Bushfire Flame Grill Restaurant is Cairn's favourite all-you-can-eat churrasco. Featuring amazing cuts of meat, marinated and seasoned in famous spices and slow roasted on an open flame churrasco grill!

The experience involves three courses, the main being our succulent all-you-can-eat marinated and seasoned meats. With delectable sides served to your table, followed by churros, cinnamon sugar pineapple and ice cream for dessert.

At Bushfire, YOU control how much you eat with our GO/STOP counters! Simply flip it to GREEN to let our carvers know that you're hungry and they'll bring our famous marinated churrasco to your table and carve it right onto your plate. When you're full or need time to eat, simply flip your counter to RED and the carving will stop.

Bushfire Flame Grill promises a flamin’ great time at The Place to Meat in Cairns. Open Tuesday – Saturday from 5.30pm, bookings are recommended.

On Fridays and Saturdays, we crank the entertainment up a notch with live performances from Brazilian dancers.
