We really liked this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The location was very central and we only had to walk out of the hotel, turn left at the corner and we were on the main street with the beach/park on the right and restaurants on the left. The room was perfect for our needs and came with a small fridge and the usual hair dryer/iron. The toiletries were plentiful - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash products all came in tall plastic bottles that were well labeled (always helpful in the shower!). The WIFI worked without issue - also very helpful when traveling! We would absolutely stay there again!
We were very satisfied with the location, with good access from sightseeing hubs such as the railway, cruise ship station, and night market. The staff was quick to respond, and the room was clean and spacious enough for us to stay comfortably. Both wash and dry laundry can be used for $6, so long-term stays don't seem to be a problem. I would like to use it again when visiting Cairns.
The location, the staff, the rooms and the facilities including the restaurant were all exceptional. We had to rebook to a later flight, (after we had checked out), the staff arranged storage of our bags and then ordered the taxi for us.

The location of the hotel is great. It is very close to the pier and the lagoon swimming pool. There is a supermarket and night market downstairs. The house is large enough, clean, tidy and comfortable. The balcony has an unobstructed view of the mountains, sea, sky and city. Worth recommending!

We needed a last minute accommodation, very comfortable, staff lovely, views excellent, convenient, clean, just beautiful sitting on the balcony day and night .. .the swimming pool was very convenient, parking helps and walking distance to night markets.
The view was very nice, room was spacious, great breakfast, great lounge to relax in after checking out before our flight, great pool was positioned to get sunlight during the day so was great.
