Bushfire Flame Grill Restaurant
Bushfire is an iconic, must-try experience when visiting Cairns. Located next to Pacific Hotel Cairns (entrance from the hotel lobby or from The Esplanade), Bushfire’s famous three-course Churrasco menu is available Tuesday – Saturday from 5.30pm. Bookings are recommended so you don’t miss out! Buffet breakfast is served daily from 6.30am – 9.30am.
Housekeeping Room Service
Your room has been professionally serviced by our Pacific Housekeeping team to meet the high standards set in our Pacific Hotel Care policy. Aligning with our sustainable business practices, your room will not be serviced daily and we kindly ask that you consider reusing your towel if you are staying multiple nights by hanging them up after use. Reusing towels helps to conserve water and energy, whilst minimising the use of detergents.
If you need a top-up of essential amenities, please dial 9 from your room or ask reception. For guests staying longer, a service will be completed every three days. We hope you have a terrific stay and thank you for your understanding.
Hotel Upgrades
Please be advised that the top floor of Pacific Hotel Cairns is currently being upgraded as part of our Guest Enhancement Program. It is our intention to have minimal disruption to guests currently staying with us and work should only take place between 7.30am – 4pm.
Guest Laundry Facilities
There are laundry facilities for guest use on levels 4, 6, and 8. Although we are a cashless hotel, the laundry machines are coin-operated, if needed, coins can be purchased from reception. It is our intention in the near future to move to a card-based payment method for our guest laundry facilities.
